Tess in Venice aka songwriter Tess Cunningham is set to release new guitar-led single Learn To Fly on 17/7/20 on Midnight Cat Records.

Produced in an underground flat in London, Tess says she began writing Learn To Fly in a pre-lockdown world and it suddenly became more relevant. “It started out as a song about the pain of separation that I was feeling a while ago. Then the world was turned upside down and the song took on a new meaning.”

Tess accompanies the song with her own visual representation and artwork. Learn To Fly is Streaming from 17th July 2020 and available to purchase on Bandcamp.

Bio: Tess Cunningham was born in Melbourne Australia and is long term based in London UK. She has a band project Tess in Venice and releases her piano music as Tess Cunningham, most recently ‘3am’ in March 2020.
