Tess in Venice (aka London artist Tess Cunningham) has revealed a sensitive tribute to the great Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, a musical setting of his poem ‘The force that through the green fuse’. A classically inspired piece, it features Tess’ trademark arpeggio driven piano and voice, accompanied by her illustrated depiction of the poem.  Tess will be appearing along with other artists at Bob Dylan Thomas night….

‘A night of music, poetry, comedy and storytelling devoted to the works of Bob Dylan and Dylan Thomas, on the very special occasion of the awarding of Dylan’s Nobel Prize. In memory of Leonard Cohen and celebrating the vitality of poetry as a way of life!’

Bob Dylan Thomas takes place at the Wheatsheaf in Fitzrovia London on Saturday 10th December from 7.00 pm.

There will also be a radio interview and performances on the deXter Bentley show on Resonance 104.4FM between 1200 and 1330 on the same day.

Highlights from the night will be broadcast in a one-hour radio special on Resonance 104.4FM at 8pm on Friday 16 December.
